Delightful December

Delightful December Published Wednesday 11th of December 2019

The festive season is upcoming and we’re celebrating early!  We won silver for Touring, Caravanning & Camping Park of the Year in the 2019 Visit Devon Tourism Awards last week.

The judge’s comments were that there was a Great feeling of unhurried serenity at Harford Bridge Park”.

We aim to provide our guests with quality and value facilities in a tranquil Dartmoor setting.  This was the first time we entered for a Visit Devon award and we are proud to be judged a finalist.  Receiving an award is also recognition of the hard work put in by our team at Harford Bridge Park.

We’ve been going 34 years now as family owned business, so to be in the running for such a prestigious award with much larger businesses, shows there is room for a small park in Devon’s wonderful countryside.

Thank you to all our guests who have provided feedback on where we have got things ‘right’ and sometimes ‘wrong’ - without feedback we would not have progressed to improve what we do for our guests or come close to an award.

We’re now working hard to get ready for 2020 season and celebrate our 35th year.  Our self-catering accommodation is booking well for December, and Christmas in particular, so if you’re thinking of staying with us book soon or you could be disappointed.
