How to get there from Harford Bridge Park
Car
Shortest Route: Follow A386 through Tavisock, Horrabridge, Yelverton across Roborough Down and enter north Plymouth (large Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl are on this route at Roborough). Park and Ride is at Crownhill – city centre parking is expensive, street parking on the Hoe is usually possible except at peak visitor times.
Scenic Route : Across Dartmoor via Princetown and Yelverton. Include a detour to Burrator Reservoir if desired.
Buses
Get on at Half Bridge 100m on the Tavistock side of the A386/Peter Tavy turn to Harford Bridge Park. Change at Tavistock Bus Station for Plymouth bound buses.
Cycle
Follow Route 27 (there & back is 25 miles) and there on cycle track and some A road sections.
