PARK FACILITIES

Our five-star Dartmoor holiday park has all the facilities you need for your perfect Devon holiday. Whether you’re camping, touring with your own caravan or staying in one of our luxury caravans, you’ll have access to everything on site.

Free Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available across our park and is free to use for all guests. The access code is available via our free to download park app.

On-site shop

Our park shop is open seven days a week (8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. mid-March to end October) for essential supplies, hot and cold drinks, ice cream, groceries, sweets and holiday souvenirs.

Games, TV & Book Swap Room

Our indoor Games, TV and Book Swap has plenty to keep the children occupied when you’re staying on-site. The heated room houses a large Smart TV with Bluetooth sound, free to play table football, and pay-to-play pool and air hockey tables. For 2024 the Book Swap is now in this room by the TV.

Children’s Play Park

Our enclosed outdoor play park is the perfect space for the children to burn off some energy. Suitable for children aged five to 15 years, the traditional playground area contains swings, seesaws and climbing frames.

Tennis Court

If you fancy an energetic activity, our on-site hard tennis court is free to use. And you can borrow racquets free from our Shop & Reception if you haven’t got your own.

Access to the play park facilities is over uneven ground and wood chip. Wheelchair access is possible from the North side. — Play Park

Courtyard is accessible space with outdoor furniture and free table tennis table. Double doors to access the Games, TV and Book Swap and lead from the Courtyard.

Access is by a sloping gravel path (20m @ 15% gradient approx) through a 3ft 6in (110cm) gate onto the hard surface of the court. — Hard Tennis Court
Access to the Tennis Court is from a path below the holiday caravans terrace. Use is free, and racquets + balls can be borrowed from the Shop/Reception. Please abide by our rules about footwear, eating and drinking posted on court signs. No booking required.

The River Tavy at Harford Bridge Park is not safe to access if someone has disability. The river bed is stony, uneven and slippery. At Harford Bridge Park the banks unfenced, with vertical drops on the park side of the river.. . — River Tavy at Harford Bridge Park
The Tavy is a fast rising and falling river that springs from Tavy Cleeve to the East of the holiday park. Many birds, migratory Salmon and Sea Trout are present; also Otter and, after dark, many bats hunt the river corridor. It is not safe to swim in the river and, if paddling, wear hard footwear.

Dog Walking Meadow

When it’s time for your dog to run off some energy, you’ll have access to our four-acre tree and wildflower reserve, where dogs can roam off-lead. If you return from your walk with a muddy dog, you can even use our free dog wash facility!

Electric Vehicle Charging

We have two metered accessible EV Charge Points in the main entrance car park. Just ask at Reception to charge. Harford House has its own dedicated EV Charge Point.
