Park up and relax at our beautiful Dartmoor caravan park. Our spacious yet tranquil park offers touring caravan pitches for all sizes of caravan and preferences.

So, whether you prefer a hardstanding site with all amenities or enjoy the back to nature element of grass without electricity, we’ve got a pitch for you.

Our caravan park in Devon borders the scenic and bubbling River Tavy, giving you the option to rest up in a picturesque riverside location or a tranquil parkland setting.

Whichever option you choose, you’ll have free access to the essential amenities. Our heated toilet block, hot showers, hairdryers, indoor and outdoor washing-up area, and laundry are all available for your use.

Keeping the children happy in our holiday park

If you’re holidaying with the children, our outdoor play park and indoor games room should keep them happy when you’re on-site.

Access to the play park facilities is over uneven ground and wood chip. Wheelchair access is possible from the North side. — Play Park

Access to the Tennis Court is from a path below the holiday caravans terrace. Use is free, and racquets + balls can be borrowed from the Shop/Reception. Please abide by our rules about footwear, eating and drinking posted on court signs. No booking required.

The Tavy is a fast rising and falling river that springs from Tavy Cleeve to the East of the holiday park. Many birds, migratory Salmon and Sea Trout are present; also Otter and, after dark, many bats hunt the river corridor. It is not safe to swim in the river and, if paddling, wear hard footwear.

Whether you’re bringing a touring caravan, motorhome or campervan, we’ve got several options. From grass without electric access to hard standing with water and electric hook-ups, you decide. All our pitches are dog-friendly, so you’re welcome to bring your furry friend.

Grass pitches without electricity

These level grass pitches have space for a caravan or motorhome under 8m x 10m. Choose from a riverside or a wooded copse location.

Grass pitches with electricity

Our level grass pitches with electricity are a minimum size of 8m x 8m and are either riverside or parkside. Each pitch has a 16-Amp electric hook-up.

Hardstanding with electricity

Each pitch is shale hardstanding and a minimum 8m x 10m with a 16-Amp electric hook-up. These pitches are suitable for a caravan or motorhome with or without an awning.

Premium hardstanding

Our fully-serviced hardstanding premium pitches include a 16-Amp electric hook-up, drinking water supply, wastewater drain and TV aerial socket. Each pitch is shale hardstanding with a minimum size of 8m x 10m and is ideal for a large caravan or motorhome with or without an awning. Please note, these pitches are flat, but some have a slight incline, so corner steadies or wheel chocks may be necessary.
