Harford House is a detached 19th century Devon cottage on the edge of the Park that sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The house is set in a private landscaped garden with parking for two cars, a sun terrace and broad views of Dartmoor.

Please be aware that due to a steep staircase, it is not suitable for children under the age of 3 to stay at the Cottage.

Facilities

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a lounge with a TV and DVD player, log burning stove and snug area which is a perfect place to sit and read.  There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated fridge and freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.  The dining room has a large country style table that comfortably seats six along with a log burning stove for the colder evenings.  There is also a ground floor cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

On the first floor there are two king size double bedrooms with TVs, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, washbasin and WC.  The third bedroom has twin beds,  please be aware that there is limited headroom in this room due to the slope of the ceiling.  There is also a family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

As well as the two log burners, the Cottage has central heating.  All bedding, towels and tea towels are provided for your stay.  Wi-fi is also provided.
