The Harford Team have great news to share — we’ve picked up Silver in the Visit Devon Camping & Caravanning Park of the Year awards.  The announcement came out on 27 November 2025, and Dolly, Hermione and Louise did us proud collecting the trophy at Sandy Park in Exeter.

It’s another step in a steady run of recognition: Silver in 2019, Bronze in 2020, Gold in 2022, and now this. A pretty good way to round off four decades since the Williamson family first took on the park back in 1985.

Harford Bridge Park sits in a sweet spot for exploring West Devon, close to Tavistock, Plymouth, and both coasts. We’re a mile from the renowned Peter Tavy Inn, near a bus stop, and Cycle Route 27 goes straight past the entrance gate. With riverside space on the edge of Dartmoor, Harford is ideal for camping and caravan adventures.

Guests can pick from grass or hardstanding pitches, and enjoy handy on-site facilities like a shop, play park, tennis court, dog facilities, laundry, fast Wi-Fi and our free app.

Over Christmas & New Year our team are taking a holiday but our on-line services including booking your next Harford holiday will be up and running with a new simpler booking portal accessible through our website and mobile app.

Our Shop & Reception will be closed from noon 24 December until 08.30 a.m. Monday 5th January 2026.
