TiPi camping at Harford Bridge is a relaxing and memorable getaway without the bother of bringing a tent or towing a caravan.
Get into the TiPi experience straight after touch down at Harford Bridge Park! Each large 18ft TiPi is warm, airy, and spacious inside with a stove, fairy lights and solar powered lighting. A groundsheet keeps the floor dry and tactile.
The TiPi’s design keeps everyone warm at night, and cool in the daytime with plenty of space for all. Each TiPi can sleep a maximum of four persons and camp beds are provided - please book the number needed.
Our three TiPi are clustered around a copse of mature trees in the heart of the park. They have communal space out front, and space to park a car nearby.
An awning spanning the central space between the trees provides shelter for outdoor cooking, relaxing and a social exchange. There are picnic benches under the awning. Tell friends as they could be in the next-door TiPi and share a cookout!
Our TiPi are new for 2024 and lovingly hand made in Cornwall. They are named after Dartmoor Rivers: The Bovey, Meavy & Tavy. Similar TiPi have been enjoyed at festivals like Glastonbury for years.
Freshwater taps, pot wash and so forth are nearby. So, bring camping kit from home - see our checklist (below). When done cooking, enjoy the result either in the outdoor communal space with our stunning park landscape as backdrop, or nice and cosy inside the TiPi.
Harford Bridge Park is the perfect base for a Devon holiday adventure in a Sioux style TiPi
